TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing my art services, you agree to the following conditions.
Please read this entirely and carefully.

We retain the right to terminate the order in case commissioner violates this terms.

You need to be at least 18 to request and use this service.

I’LL BE GLAD TO DRAW:

 

✓ Your oc’s! and Fan Art.
✓ Human/fantasy race.

✓ Characters of any sex and            gender.

✓ Soft fetishes.

✓ NSFW.

✓ Colorful illustrations.

DON’T DRAW:

✗ Underage characters in                sexual situations.

✗ Lots of details.

✗ Violence.

✗ Transformers and robots.

✗ Alternative versions of the            same artwork.

✗ Super fat or muscular                    characters.

PAYMENT:

  • 100% prepayment.

  • Currently, all payments are accepted on Boosty

  • Private work +100% to the cost

  • ​You must make payment within 24 hours after we have talked about the purpose of the commission. Otherwise, it will be canceled. Maximum waiting days: 2.

  • I do not offer any refunds

IMPORTANT:

  • Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes, and personal site display.

  • Commissioner may print out the artwork on paper, shirts, and other accessories as long as it's for personal use ONLY!

  • You may not claim the work to be your own, edit, or set it up for redistribution. You may not use it for any commercial unless agreed upon.

  • Do not post commissioned fanart in high resolution since it can be used by an individual who decided to make a profit from it. The web version of the commission will be included in the email.

  • The copyright of the final image will stay with me. You are allowed to use your picture for non-commercial use only (Upload the web-version to your gallery, use it as an avatar, print posters for yourself and friends) I have the right to upload the commission to my galleries and use it for orints in artbooks, portfolios, Patreon (analog) etc.

  • I reserve the right to use the image (ex. the publication of the image itself in the portfolio or its process). 

  • I reserve the right to reject your commission proposal without question.

WORKFLOW:

  • You can only make adjustments at the sketch stage (no more than 3 changes for free). I can send more process if you ask.

  • On average, it takes me from a week to two months to create one piece of art. Be patient.

  • The finished art will be placed in PNG format on google disk. (storage for no more than 30 days).
